ANNUAL SUMMER MUSIC CONCERT BEGINS FROM JULY 7

The annual summer music concert will be beginning from July 7 this year. Mr. Browne recently noted, “I so look forward to playing at the library every year – it really has kept me feeling reconnected with my home town, since moving back with my family 20 years ago.”

This year, Chance will bring an acoustic sound to his funk/blues style, perfect for the Brubeck Room.

NEW CARBONDALE MUSIC EVENT OPENS

The new carbondale music concert is all set to entertain its followers once again by going live. The Performing Arts Center at Third Street Center Carbondale, or PAC3, joins more than 30 other nonprofits and for-profit business in the community-based facility with an eye toward sustainability.

Josh Behrman, founder and president of Mountain Groove Productions — which produces the Snowmass Chili Pepper and Brewfest, the Snowmass Culinary Arts Festivals, concerts at the Wheeler Opera House, and other events — has had the idea for for a large downvalley events space for some time.

CONCERTS IN THE MEMORY OF FONESKA

A number of music concerts are expected to be held in the fond memory of Earle de Fonseka.The major work in the programme will be Dvorak's string serenade. Written in 1875 at a time when the composer was free of all worry and stress, the serenade recalls the divertimento genre of the previous century.

CONCERT ON CROATIA

Croatia is set to be hosting a number of musical concerts in the month of June and it is the recommended time of visiting this amazing country.

PJones Music reports Jack Johnson will be one of those in attendance at the Arena amphitheatre, as he takes to the stage in the ancient resort on the 26th of the month.

Eight days before the concert, Italian singer Zucchero Fornaciari will hold a gig at the same venue, while on June 30th Tony Cetinski is to perform there.

K-STATE STUDENTS PERFORMS MUSIC CONCERTS

K-State student performsed in rocks out in an once-in-a-lifetime concert opportunity. Playing in front of a sold out McCain Auditorium, MacGill held the position of first violin and concert master. Along with this responsibility came the opportunity to solo along side of Kansas' violinist, Dave Ragsdale.

The solo took place in the middle of the performance of "Dust in the Wind" which was conducted by Kerry Livgren, writer of the song and original Kansas band member.
